1. Introduction
Welcome to Royal Prime Hotel. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation or staying at our hotel.
2. Reservation and Check-in Policy
Guests must provide a valid ID proof (passport, driver’s license, or government-issued ID) at the time of check-in.
Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Reservations are only confirmed upon receiving a booking confirmation via email or message.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed reservations.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
No-shows will be charged for the entire stay.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days.
4. Payment Policy
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.
Additional charges incurred during the stay (e.g., food, room service, damages) must be settled before check-out.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The hotel is not liable for lost or stolen items.
Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest responsible.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms and designated non-smoking areas.
Illegal activities or disruptive behavior will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
6. Hotel Policies
Pets are not allowed unless specified in a pet-friendly accommodation.
Visitors are only allowed in guest rooms with prior approval from the hotel management.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating our terms or policies.
7. Safety and Security
For safety reasons, guests must comply with all fire and security regulations.
CCTV cameras are installed in public areas for security purposes.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms. A penalty will be charged for violations.
- Any damage to hotel property caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
3. Payment & Cancellation
- Full payment must be made at check-in unless otherwise specified.

5. Noise & Conduct

- Any misconduct or illegal activity will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The hotel is not liable for any loss or theft.
- For security reasons, please do not share your room key or access code with anyone.
7. Food & Beverages
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the hotel rooms.
- Room service is available as per the hotel menu and timing.
8. Pets Policy
- Pets are not allowed unless stated otherwise in the reservation.
9. Housekeeping & Maintenance
- Housekeeping services are provided daily. If you require additional cleaning, please contact reception.
- Please report any maintenance issues immediately.
10. Emergency Procedures
- In case of fire, medical emergency, or any security concerns, please contact the front desk immediately.
- Fire exits are clearly marked. Please familiarize yourself with their locations.

Reservation Guarantee
To confirm your reservation, we recommend securing it with a credit card or a cash deposit. Companies and travel agents with an approved credit facility may guarantee reservations by providing a duly signed voucher or authorization letter from an authorized representative.
A valid photo ID (mandatory for all occupants) must be presented at the time of check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as a valid photo ID.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy (Individual Bookings)
- Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to check-in: 50% of the booking amount will be charged as retention.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to check-in or in case of a no-show: 100% of the booking amount will be charged as retention.
- No cancellations are permitted during festival dates, weekends, or special occasions.
Group & Social Events (Rooms & Banquets) – Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment Schedule
- 25% advance of the estimated billing at the time of booking confirmation.
- 50% advance payment 45 days before the event date.
- 25% advance payment 7 days before the event date.
The remaining balance (for any additional charges) must be cleared immediately after the event.
Cancellation Policy
- Advance payments are non-refundable and non-adjustable in case of cancellation.
- If a booking is canceled, the individual or organization is responsible for 100% retention of room rental and food/beverage costs confirmed at the time of booking.
- Any amendments to the confirmed date will be considered a cancellation, and the hotel reserves the right to apply retention charges.
Additional Terms
- A GST number must be provided at the time of reservation or check-in. Any amendments after this will not be entertained.
- The Management reserves the right to cancel bookings without prior notice if full payment is not received before check-in or before the scheduled function.
